When God created human beings, He may have known that with the ability to think, this creature will definitely get entangled in the emotional problems that may lead him to get demotivated and depressed. God is always right:)

Here we are, more in gloom than in gleam for most part of our life!

Complaining, getting angry, demotivated, sad, lost, etc. etc. Can you relate?

If we try and closely observe nature, God has tried to explain the ways to lead a happy and contended life in very easy yet beautiful ways. Observing and learning from these ways will help each one of us bring in so much of positivity and happiness around us. Guess what, it is totally free and available every where.

Lets start with our first observation and the learning deciphered:

Every day we witness the sunset and the sunrise; wherever we are across the globe.

None of us have seen or will ever see a day that does not follow a night and vice a versa. Right?

Day signifies brightness, light, action, energy, speed, flow, movement, etc. whereas;

Night is a symbol for darkness, calm, pause, rest, steadiness, sometimes gloom, sadness, etc.

God has created this beautiful example for us to understand that every phase in life is temporary. The basics of creating a right balance in life between the light and the dark; happiness and gloom; smiles and tears; action and calm; speed and rest, etc.

If today you are in a phase of gloom, don’t worry my friend, don’t lose hope as the night is about to get over and the Sun will positively shine very soon 🙂 Sometimes, this phase of calm helps us discover the unexpected within us. Hold your hopes just a little longer and this too shall pass!

Believe me, I got this gift of writing in the darkest part of night and I bet, if you are going through your dark period, God has a hidden a gift for you to seek! Look for it, its right there!

I would love to hear your comments especially from those in dark with me, so together we can share and create some positive thoughts and smiles 🙂

    Both day and night have their own charm and importance. Imagine a life where there is no darkness / no night? It would mean no rest and no pause. How would life be if there was only day? Active and always happy. I think when things don’t go as per what we want we coin that time in our life as “dark time”. In our minds we create sadness ourselves. Which means we ourselves are convinced that “we are going through a gloomy phase of our life”. In one of your blogs you have mentioned about signs that universe gives us. Why can’t this phase of life too be considered as a sign that universe gives us. Why call it a “dark period”?

    This by far is one of my favorite topics. Albert Einstein said, “You can live a life in two ways – as if nothing is a miracle or as if everything is.” I now so earnestly choose the latter. I always get awe-struck and overwhelmed with bliss when I observe the design of nature. I myself have recovered from what I used to then call it a low or a dark phase(some 3-4 years) and I can’t thank God enough for that time. I’ve had revealations and transformation in the same way a caterpillar has when out of cocoon, completely oblivious in that cocoon as to what’s happening to him. For that caterpillar, it is also a dark phase and that he is stuck forever. And alongwith all such tribulations, God leaves him with one more thing – HOPE. Otherwise there would not be such a beautiful creation like a butterfly on the other side of that seemingly painful journey. From those draining workout rituals to something as small as a mind itching signal, nothing is insignificant. I am writing this in a way I am conversing with you. Strengthening and reinforcing my beliefs. Shattering my doubts. Again as I said earlier for another post of yours, even this is not insignificant. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! 🙂
